This is a debt collecting company out of Joplin, Missouri.

Claiming to collect a debt. Heavy India accent very hard to understand. No company name or proof of anything. Threatening to blacklist my SSN.

He was calling to verify a ss# of an individual before taking them to court. He called my place of work, leaving a voice mail. He identified himself as an officer?

This person has a foreign accent and said that I or my attorney needed to call back immediately or there would be consequences. He did not say what it was about. He did make threats in regards to arrest and/or taking to court. I've had calls like this in the past, but from different numbers and always the person had a foreign accent. I've reported these calls several times to FCC and to my state agency, but nothing happens.

Thick accent from Indian guy. Seems as if he was reading a script. Using lots of scare tactics. Told me to have my attorney or myself call as soon as possible. I received the call and this was left on my voice mail this morning. A co worker of mine received the call after lunch on her cell phone. This is no legit at all.

Kevin says he is calling from a Lawyers Office and if you don't respond he will have to turn in a Court order for you in your state. Please don't delay either you or your lawyer is to call him right away. Don't caller is a SCAMMER!!!

This call number has nothing to do with The Coalition Against Breast Cancer. This is an agency that does the collections for a number of charities, none of which is the one mentioned above
